Covid impact on eCommerce websites and how to manage it in the Time Series Forecasting model

Working on Time Series model and noticed that due to covid impact, the trend is incorrectly going negative.

Option to mitigate it:

1. Dump 2020 data and start forecasting from 2021 data only. It can be a short term solution.
2. Add a adjusting factor to adjust page views in 2019. Make sure that covid impact is mitigated
3. Create synthetic data for 2020.
